Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Head to lead the development of our flagship product, KwikCare Health Subscription. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare insurance by leveraging their expertise in actuarial science, knowledge of Insurance Commission regulations and policies, and a strong background in Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) product development.
Responsibilities Leads the enhancement of KwikCare Health Subscription, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands. Utilizes actuarial skills to analyze data, assess risk, and design innovative insurance products that meet customer needs while ensuring profitability. Stays abreast of Insurance Commission regulations and policies, ensuring compliance and proactive adaptation to regulatory changes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including technology, sales, and CX to drive product strategy and implementation. Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion. Utilizes business intelligence tools and data analytics to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product innovation. Monitors product performance and makes data-driven recommendations for product optimization and enhancement. Lead product training initiatives to ensure internal stakeholders are well-informed about product features, benefits, and selling points. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or actuarial credentials preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance product development, with a focus on HMO products. Strong knowledge of Insurance Commission regulations and policies about healthcare insurance. Proven track record of developing successful insurance products, including product design, pricing, and implementation. Proficiency in utilizing business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
