JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-caliber professionals. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration of new hires. Identify training needs, design development programs, and promote continuous learning to enhance employee skills. Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.Stay updated on industry trends to ensure our offerings remain attractive. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures JOB QUALIFICATION 3-5 years of managerial experience in handling human resources responsibilities HR experience earned from previously working with fintech companies, financial institutions, startups, or alternative data sectors is an advantage but not required. Relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and multitask effectively. A commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture. HR administration experience is preferred but not required.
