Key Responsibilities Team Management: Managing the Media Team: regular meetings, assign appropriate team member to projects, oversee daily team workload, resolve issues/escalations, performance appraisals and personal development, setting and reviewing KPIs, recruitment and training of new team members.Leading and overseeing the team's function to ensure exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet departmental goals.Developing and implementing Media Services best practices, processes, and protocols.Keeping records and documentation of Media Team's processes for training purposes.Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client retention.Enhance revenue generation, expand the scope and quality of Media services and offerings.Develop innovative product solutions aimed at driving revenue growth.Collaborate closely with the Sales team, Client Services, Media, and Creatives to strategize pitches, proposals, and business opportunities.Establish goals and objectives for internal teams.Understand competitive landscape and industry trends.Track and report performances/business reviews within a team, region, or organization.Key Requirements: 6+ years of experience in team management, business development, advertising/digital media.Demonstrated expertise in media planning and strategic implementation.Solid understanding of digital marketing.Proficient in data analysis, transforming raw data into actionable insights.Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.Proven ability to articulate business propositions and services.Significant experience in social media management, UGC content, programmatic ads, and SEO.Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.Ability to solve complex problems and provide proactive solutions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Task-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.Experience with media platforms - FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platforms, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Snapchat, OOH, etc.Competency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is highly regarded but not mandatory.Competitive Compensation Package, Perks, and Benefits: Vacation leave, Sick leave, Birthday leave, Rest and recharge leave.Medical reimbursements.Monthly Internet subsidy.Monthly Rice subsidy.Company-provided equipment.Temporary Work from Home setup.
