Job DescriptionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the department's overall processes and transactions.
DescriptionA. Brand Marketing Analyses financial reports and uses them in decision-making when developing and evaluating marketing activities for the category; recommends cross-functional initiatives/projects.Develop business and marketing plans for assigned products (e.g., Skincare Line, Food Supplements, etc.), brands, or segments thereof, including in-store/sales promotions, activation programs, digital marketing initiatives, and pricing and other implementation strategies.Participates in the development and implementation of communications materials involving assigned brands.Coordinate with Product Development to qualify the product and package through various tests.Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the trade team.Participates in the evaluation of promotions, activation, and PR/advertising associated with assigned brands or products; assesses success against approved plans.Strengthen products through advertising and promotions, online marketing, trade marketing, and event management.Develops and monitors A&P requirements for the brand assigned, assuring adherence to the approved budgets.Effectively and efficiently directs cross-functional project teams using PPM processes and methods.Spearheaded the recruitment of targeted consumers and sellers including but not limited to Influencer/Ambassador management and became relevant through brand stories.B. Market Research Gather and analyze customer and market insights, which entail consumer behavior and centric concepts, product consumption experience, and marketing best practices to generate successful brand activations and expand product portfolio aligned with consumer trends.Develop brand and business-building insights founded on a holistic understanding of consumers across channels and categories to be used in combination with shopper and customer insights.Uses research and other sources of information to synthesize and create insights that anticipate and react to consumer behaviors.C. Product Marketing Stay up to date with how the target market interacts with the company's current products to improve sustainability and attain possible ideas for improvement.In charge of the strategic objective, consumer insight, competitive benchmark, pricing, claims and packaging guidelines, cost target, and overall profitability of new product development.Ensures that the project roadmap and product line strategies are aligned with the company goals and market trends.D. Trade Marketing Responsible for increasing sales conversion through in-store point of sale and distributor engagement, as well as expanding the company's reach and penetration with trade partners.Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.Collaborate with the sales department to develop strategic partnership activities.In charge of developing and managing assigned budgets for administration and marketing activities of the products.
