Job Summary:
Leads sales and marketing strategy, manages MSD team, drives revenue growth, recruits managers, sets sales goals, oversees market trends, and product development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Shall report directly to the EVP and Chief Operating Officer.Oversee the development and execution of company's sales and marketing strategies.Increase company's revenue and market share by building strong relationships with customers and promoting the company's products or services effectively.Recruit managers.Manage the MSD team and collaborate with other divisions and departments, as well as keeping up-to-date with market trends.Establish the company's overall marketing and sales direction through the following:Networking with potential clients.Researching industry trends.Developing sales and marketing operational budget.Setting sales goals.Creating a marketing plan.Managing a sales and marketing team.Act as Chairman of the Product Development and Marketing Committee.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
