Job DescriptionResponsible for soliciting all deposit products and recognize all cross-selling opportunities to achieve the bank wide target for deposit.Review deposit operations procedures and practices for enhancement and developmentImplementation of policies concerning deposit operationsFormulates and implements new marketing initiatives, new product features, new criteria, or new communications programs for the bank's deposit productProvides bank personnel with information and training necessary to successfully promote and support deposit products. Regularly interfaces with bankers on best practices.Maintains an awareness of new trends and developments for the segments supported and deposit product setBuild internal and external relationships through follow-through. Provide a high level of personalized sales and service support to clients and strategic relationships within the Bank.Assures that the Bank's deposit product suite stays in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policy, and risk requirements.
