As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Head to lead our IT operations and infrastructure across our head office and multiple branches. Position Overview : The IT Head will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems, managing the infrastructure, and overseeing IT operations across our diverse network of branches. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of IT professionals, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the security and efficiency of our technology environment. Responsibilities : Infrastructure Management : Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Manage hardware, software, networks, and other technology resources to support day-to-day operations. IT Operations :Lead and coordinate IT support teams to provide timely resolution of technical issues for head office and branch locations.Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance user experience.Monitor system performance and implement measures to ensure high availability and reliability.System Administration :Manage and administer critical business applications, databases, and servers.Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Team Leadership :Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications :· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Proven experience (8-10 years) in a leadership role overseeing IT infrastructure and operations.· Strong knowledge of financial industry technology requirements and compliance standards.· Experience in managing IT teams and implementing ITIL or similar best practices.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
