ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment Management: Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, providing feedback and participating in hiring decisions. Develop and update recruitment strategies to ensure that the company has a high-quality talent pool. Maintain recruitment documents and records Staff training and development: Develop and implement employee training programs to improve employee skills and performance. Track employee performance and provide feedback and guidance. Assist employees in career development and promotion. Performance management: Design and manage performance evaluation procedures to ensure that employees are consistent with company goals and standards. Assist employees to formulate and implement performance improvement plans. Employee relationship management: Resolve employee complaints and disputes and maintain a positive employee relations atmosphere. Manage resignation and dismissal procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Policies and Compliance: Ensure that company policies comply with relevant regulations, including employment and labor laws. Provide legal advice to ensure company compliance. Qualifications and Education Requirements Education background: Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, human resource development, business management or related majors. Experience requirements: At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or related fields. Candidates with experience in employee recruitment, training and performance management are preferred. Skills and abilities: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in recruiting, interviewing and recruiting processes. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Excellent team leadership and management skills. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in using human resources management software and tools. Traits: High level of responsibility and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Strong work ethics and ethics.
