Responsibilities: Assure the safety of SBDCP flying operations through the BAESSA Hazard Management Framework within the KFAB for compliance with the Corporate Flying Operations Policy, KSA Operations Flying Policy, Fatigue Management Policy and RSAF Policies.Assure that aviation safety risks are identified and mitigated in all operations, that the risks are actively managed through SafeTal, including incident reporting investigation and the flying operations Hazard (Risk) Log (Hazard and FORM modules).Provide air operations and aviation safety advice to HoF (KSA), Chief Flying Instructor, and KFAB Training Service Director (TSD).Generate and maintain reports as required by the Flying Operations Policy.Assist in the enhancement of a culture of aviation safety within KFAB.Assure that personnel engaged by the Company in Aircrew roles are appropriately trained and capable of performing safely and effectively in their specific role.Job Requirements: Proficient verbal and written English communication and networking skills.High level of political and cultural sensitivity.Ability to be both an effective senior leader and team player in an international multifunctional environment.Apply knowledge of military aviation subjects in a way which ensures credibility with internal and external customers (RSAF, MODSAP, and Company Staff).Ability to exploit Company and RSAF processes to achieve Company and individual objectives.Provide credible air operations input to Company strategy.Ability to add maximum value at minimum cost.Ability to work on his own initiative to deliver solutions which enhance business performance.The requirements of the position are: Ex-RSAF Instructor Pilot and senior leader (Squadron Commander or above) on flying Squadron/Wing.Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.Experienced in aircrew training and air safety gained from 15-20 years' experience including a senior supervisory or command role.Aviation Safety Qualification.Experience of working in international and multi-functional teams.BAE Systems BAE Systems has a heritage of commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
