As the Head of Employee Central TCM / JP, you will be responsible for running and continuously improving Employee Central Services for The Chinese Markets and Japan served out of GBSC Manila.
In close collaboration with the Employee Central Regional Team, HR Business Partners and Process Managers, you will serve employees within The Chinese Market and Japan. You will be responsible for the management of effective and compliant Employee Central processes and projects, leading and developing a diverse team, delivering excellent services to our customers. You will work in close collaboration and partnership together with other leaders in the HR Services stream but as well across the world.
Tasks and Responsibilities: You will be managing the Employee Central team in line with our group wide HR service delivery model. You will also provide support to all countries in scope. You will drive operational excellence within the Employee Central teams for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements (e.g. New Hires (local/international), Transfers, Contract Extensions, Part Time Work) taken into consideration the country-specific regulations and the respective legal entity company agreement. Orchestration of all relevant HR-specific Onboarding and Offboarding activities. Consultation and realization of reorganization including but not limited to teams, business units and legal entity/corporation. You will be leading a diverse, motivated and highly professional team. You should focus on people management, developing your team members and growing skills and capabilities further. Liaise with the respective HR Director/HR Business Partner to ensure operational process excellence adapted to the needs of the region/country in alignment with Regional Service Center Strategy. Your team will provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required. Responsible for complaint processing and escalation where necessary. About our Future Employee You should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a global shared service center/BPO environment.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Business fluency in English, also in the Japanese or Mandarin language. Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration. Extensive customer orientation and international experience. Ability to work across business units/geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation. Preferably with work experience in different HR roles. Academic degree in Business or equivalent is preferred but not required.
