You will be collaborating with our partners to ensure the security of their applications, helping them achieve their security goals.
You will work closely with the Stratpoint technical team to develop strategies and frameworks that enhance security and protect customer data.

Your Responsibilities Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy tailored to the organization's goals and risk profile. Capability Building: Establish and build the cybersecurity capability from scratch, including policies, procedures, and technical infrastructure. Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring the resilience of the organization's digital assets. Incident Response: Develop and lead the team, ensuring a swift and effective response to cybersecurity incidents. Security Governance: Implement robust security governance processes to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks. Security Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of a secure information architecture, covering networks, systems, and applications. Security Awareness and Training: Implement ongoing cybersecurity training programs to educate employees at all levels on security best practices. Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management: Evaluate and manage cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with security standards. Security Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure the organization's security controls are effective and meet industry standards. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to guide the organization in maintaining a proactive security posture. Collaboration with Executive Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership to integrate cybersecurity into business strategies and decision-making processes. About You
You are/have:
Graduate of any computer-related course At least 3 years experience in cybersecurity. At least 3 years experience in solutions design and architecture. At least 3 years experience in software engineering and/or cloud engineering. Experience in building and leading secured ecosystems. Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies tailored to organizational needs. Proven track record in building and leading high-performing tech teams. Deep knowledge of risk management, incident response, security governance, and compliance. Strategic thinking with the ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with the overall ecosystem complexities and business objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-have Preferred Certifications Professional certifications include CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or equivalent.
