We are searching for an innovative Head of Creatives (Amazon) who will be working with our client based in the UK. Our client manufactures and sources useful and practical products serving customers all over the world. In this role, you will be responsible for providing creative direction and quality control for our design team. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing innovative and compelling visual content for our Amazon storefront and product listings.
We are looking for someone who possesses impeccable written and verbal English communication. This is a 100% remote Full-Time role. In this role, you will: Creative Direction: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand identity and business goals. Oversee the creation of visual content for Amazon, including product images, infographics, A+ content, storefront designs, and advertising materials. Ensure all design work is consistent, visually appealing, and adheres to Amazon's guidelines and best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to keep our creative efforts fresh and relevant. Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work. Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations for the design team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain a high standard of output from the design team. Implement processes and standards to ensure consistency and excellence in all visual content. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective prioritization of tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. About You: Core qualifications: Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably within the e-commerce or Amazon space. Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, guidelines, and best practices for visual content Excellent leadership and management skills Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Nice to have: Familiarity with video editing and animation software.
