The Head of Compensation Benefits will spearhead employee benefit programs and policies, and assess and support the development of effective Compensation and Benefits solutions, tools, and processes.
Role Overview: Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation practices and propose changes aligned with compensation trends and company goals. Revise and create Compensation and Benefits policies and processes as necessary for documentation and departmental enhancement. Ensure accuracy and compliance in handling information, including payroll, databases, and reports, in accordance with relevant laws and internal KPIs. Supervise payroll processing, HMO enrollment, leave administration, benefit remittances, and payment processing. Monitor C&B vendor agreements, system performance, and address potential issues. Verify the accuracy of regular reports supporting business programs before submission to the board. Maintain compliant employee files and lead projects related to HR systems integration or improvements. Establish and assess team and individual performance goals, holding regular performance discussions. Contribute to organizational success by participating in various tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits, with at least 5 years in Senior Leadership roles. Preferably experienced in restaurant or local FMCG settings with over 1000 employees. Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson/Mercer/Radford Market Surveys and Salary & Benefits Benchmarking. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong judgment, discretion in handling sensitive information, and attention to detail. Knowledge of various HR Payroll Software and HRIS systems. Strong analytical and project management capabilities. Willingness to work on-site at the office in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City. #J-18808-Ljbffr
