Job Title: Senior Manager, Amazon Team Schedule: PST/EST business hours Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead and drive our Amazon team's success. This role will be integral in developing and implementing Amazon strategies that grow revenue and enhance our brand's visibility. The Senior Manager will oversee various aspects of our Amazon operations, including Product Detail Page integrity, advertising campaigns, demand planning, and ranking strategies. Key Responsibilities: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, document, and optimize SOPs for all aspects of Amazon operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.Team Training and Development: Onboard and train new team members, instilling best practices and upholding our standards for product and brand representation on Amazon.Product Detail Page (PDP) Oversight: Ensure that all PDPs are accurate, optimized, and aligned with the brand standards, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and conversion rates.PPC and Deals Oversight: Manage and support the advertising team in creating, executing, and refining PPC campaigns and deal strategies to maximize profitability and visibility.Demand Planning: Collaborate closely with inventory and demand planning teams to ensure product availability, manage stock levels, and adjust forecasts based on sales trends.Ranking Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve product rankings on Amazon, focusing on organic growth, targeted keyword optimization, and competitive analysis.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, sales data, and campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.Technical Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of success in Amazon selling and eCommerce management.Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, PPC, SEO, and best practices for listing optimization and growth strategies.Experience with high-volume accounts ($5M/month).Manages 200+ SKU catalogs.Experience in the apparel industry is necessary.Hands-on keyboard expertise within Amazon Seller Central.Analytical & Strategic: Proficient in data analysis and able to leverage insights to develop and adjust strategies effectively.Behavioral Requirements: Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and lead a team, holding team members accountable and fostering a culture of excellence.Adaptability & Grit: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset.Detail-Oriented & Organized: High standards for accuracy and thoroughness, with a focus on quality and consistency in every aspect of Amazon operations.Permanent work-from-home job.
