This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving administrative efficiency and business excellence across our organisation.
What you'll be doing Oversee and optimize all administrative operations, including office management, facilities management, and procurementLead initiatives to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance the overall efficiency of the organisationDevelop and implement strategies to support the company's business goals and objectivesManage a team of administrative professionals, provide guidance and mentorship, and ensure high levels of performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvementImplement best practices in office management and administrative supportEnsure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulationsWhat we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldProven experience as a Head of Administrative or Business Excellence, with a strong track record of driving operational excellenceDemonstrated experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and managing change within a large organizationKnowledgeable in ISO management systems (14001:2015, 45001:2018)Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
