Head Nurse

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY: The Head Nurse plans, organizes, and leads the activities within the assigned unit for optimum patient care. He / She is directly responsible for the physical set-up of the unit, structure and other human resources for health care provision. He / She collaborate with other members of the healthcare team in meeting the needs of the patients. The Head Nurse proposes initiatives related to personal and professional growth and development.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Must be a BS Nursing graduateWith at least three (3) years of CLINICAL experienceQUALIFICATIONS: Must be a PRC Board Passer (Nursing Licensure)Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate/IDIntravenous Therapy (IVT) certificate/IDAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ID
