Head, Multi Asset Investments

Responsibilities: Responsible for all investments of accounts that hold more than one asset class, for both peso and non-peso.Develops rational and measurable investment strategies with asset allocation as the primary driver.Prudently deploys funds as warranted by the investment strategy.Reviews and calibrates strategy on a regular basis and ensures the same are followed through regular performance appraisals.Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.Mentors and guides IOs under the department and creates a path for growth of each team member.Proposes new investment outlets for both fixed income and equities, peso and non-peso instruments.Continuously monitors developments in both domestic and foreign markets and provides insightful updates to both internal and external clients of TBG.Leads fund performance reviews with clients.Maintains good relationships with TBG's accredited counterparties and ensures the bank's highest standards are satisfied.Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related areas.At least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in investment management, specifically within buy-side or sell-side functions.Extensive expertise in Capital Markets, particularly in bonds, equities, and derivatives.CFA charter holder is a significant advantage.Ability to lead teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for client and stakeholder management.Must be willing to report onsite at BGC Taguig.
