Head - Finance Operation

Minimum Requirements Must havea Bachelor's Degree in Accounting With at least five (5) years of work experience in Accounting work and in managerial level. Basic Computer Skills (MS Office) Proficiency in written and verbal communication and human relation skills Main Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the cashiering, fund management and overall functions of personnel under Finance Operation unit (i.e., funding and disbursements functions, proper delegation, training and performance evaluation of direct reports). Responsible for monitoring: of daily cash position/reconciliation timely issuance of checks for commissions,contractors and suppliers with closely monitoring of accounts payable, trade and non-trade such suppliers, documentation charges and other expenses cash spot-checking Ensures: maximum utilization of funds and avoiding unnecessary borrowings that all collections are deposited intact on the following day that returned checks are being replaced and coordinated with the department concerned that all postdated checks are properly accounted and monitored proper posting of collections as to application of payments to principal, interests and penalties Review and approve check payment vouchers, including approval of transactions in NOAH system (Payment Voucher Approver 2). Full assistance in the implementation of other projects relative to Finance operation process and system improvement (as mandated/needed). Update of Finance Operation's manual related to policies and procedures. Performs other Finance Operation's related tasks that may be assigned the Department Head. #J-18808-Ljbffr
