Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in the food industry

With a culinary degree, associate's degree, or certificate holder

Experience in Hot kitchen and Pastry

Willing to travel to different areas to supervise, and inspect branches

Job description and responsibilities:
Oversight of food preparation
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff

Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards

Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies

Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.

Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry

Skills:
Leadership skills

Exceptional and creative culinary skills

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Ability to multi-task and expedite a kitchen line

Ability to balance the budget and save on soft costs such as scheduling and product waste


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
