The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations and prepare or coordinate the preparation of food ordered by guests.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the standard and quality of food production are maintained at the highest level at all times.
2. Prepare and cook premium Korean-style pizza and pasta.
3. Assist the Executive Chef and support kitchen operations.
4. Determine food inventory needs, and manage stocking and ordering.
5. Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
6. Oversee health and safety standards.
7. Maintain and enforce food hygiene practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or Culinary.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a fine dining or hotel in F&B related service environment
Skills & Certificates:
• Ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
• In-depth knowledge of all kitchen sections to efficiently manage operations.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the kitchen team.
• Solid financial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets.
• Creativity and superior culinary skills to develop exceptional dishes for the establishment's menu.
Monthly Salary:
• 30,000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set.
Location:
• BGC, Taguig / Makati, Metro Manila
• Preferred candidates should live near the working location
Work Schedule & Set-up:
• Full-time (On-site)
• Monday to Saturday
