Job DescriptionDescriptionCreates policies and procedures that increase operational effectiveness and maximize long-term store performanceSets the sales target for all Retail Branches based on the desired growth/target as set by ManagementIdentifies products and services with the greatest potential for increasing revenueMakes data-driven recommendations for operational improvement based on market and sales trendsStrategizes process improvements to ensure branch operational efficiencyManages retail operations issues and concerns escalated by other departmentsRepresents Retail Operations during leadership meetingsValidates that bi-weekly/monthly reviews and monitors regular sales updates and action pointsCollaborates with pertinent teams in tracking sales and inputs monthly sales forecastIdentifies, reviews, and approves cost reduction measures that will not compromise branch operationsValidates and approves potential site opportunities for new branches in the country based on research and data analysis or as recommended by Regional and/or Territory Managers and eventually recommend to managementEnsures smooth branch setup and on-time branch openingAttends and supports local trade shows and consumer eventsCollects and communicates market intelligence and competitive information to managementOversees and manages the overall expense and purchases of the departmentAccomplishes the employee evaluation of Regional and/or Territory Managers and submits it to the Human Capital Management (HCM)Participates in the recruitment process and interviews applicants for Branch Managers and Branch SupervisorsKeeps up with developments in an area of expertise by reading current journals, books, and magazine articlesPerforms related tasks as may be assigned from time to time by managementProduces quality outputs and satisfies service level agreements with internal and external customersLives out the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organizationAdheres to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols on Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.Ensures that Branch Operations Team complies with the company rules and regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols on GWP, GTP, service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.RequirementsMust have an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in branch/retail operations.Must possess strong communication and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail, ability for critical thinking, and very good people management skills.
