Handyman, Maintenance

Job Description:

- With basic knowledge in carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Perform maintenance tasks like fixing broken furniture, changing the light bulb and inspecting faulty appliances or equipment.
- Performing regular checks on the safety systems like fire alarms, smoke detectors, fuse box etc.
- Inspect problem areas and ensure the necessary steps are taken to solve them.
- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
**Job Qualification**:

- Must be at least college level
- Requires 1-2 yrs prior experience as a technician, electrician, plumber or related fields
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and manuals.
- Strong ability to organize and multitask and keen to details
- Hardworking and flexible; Physically fit to work
- Can work independently
- Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI (for payroll processing)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
