Handyman, Maintenance

Job Description:- With basic knowledge in carpentry, electrical and plumbing- Perform maintenance tasks like fixing broken furniture, changing the light bulb and inspecting faulty appliances or equipment.- Performing regular checks on the safety systems like fire alarms, smoke detectors, fuse box etc.- Inspect problem areas and ensure the necessary steps are taken to solve them.- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.**Job Qualification**:- Must be at least college level- Requires 1-2 yrs prior experience as a technician, electrician, plumber or related fields- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to follow instructions and manuals.- Strong ability to organize and multitask and keen to details- Hardworking and flexible; Physically fit to work- Can work independently- Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI (for payroll processing)**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 10 hour shift- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
