Handyman

Job Function:
1.
Repair/replace flooring to remove any safety hazards

2.
Repair/replace ceiling tiles that have been water damaged or are broken.
Fix T-bars required to support ceiling tiles as needed.
3.
Repair/replace floor tiles and ESD sheet that has been damaged.
4.
Repair or level raised floors in offices and manufacturing areas.
5.
Repair/replace all broken or damaged doors, locks hinges, frames, etc., that do not fall under any other category in general repair.
6.
Repair roof leaks as identified or required.
7.
Paint and patch as required.
8.
Parking lot, bike lanes repairs as required.
9.
Sign repairs and labels as required

10.
Submit report of daily production output to Nextgen Site Supervisor

11.
Other duties and functions as required by the Nextgen Site Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least High school graduate with Vocational Course/Electrician and other related course.
- With work experience in carpentry and plumbing is an advantage

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
