Handyman

Performs **basic and minor civil, mechanical and electrical maintenance installation and repair works** to maintain upkeep and safety of company facilities, premises and equipment.
a.
Performs minor or basic works in any or all of the following:

- Mechanical and plumbing works**:installation, repair and maintenance of aircon units**, bathroom and kitchen fixtures; repair of water leaks; de-clogging of sinks and drains; dismantling and installation of the sewer and water line; others.
- **Electrical works**, such as among others**:installation of additional electrical lines for sockets; changing electrical bulbs and fixtures**; repairs and maintenance of office equipment, appliances, circuit breaker; others (Note: low voltage electrical works only)
- Safety works: leak tests on LPG gas line and regulators; installation of safety device

b.
Clean area after works ensuring safety at all times.
c. Checks and reports any accidents, incidents and non-conformance to safety regulations.
d. Perform other similar and/or related works as necessary.
Job Qualifications
- At least a Highschool graduate
- With any related Training Certificate is a plus
- Has a background in **Electrical,** and **Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)** Maintenance
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
