Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU), considered one of the fastest-growing universities in the Philippines.
We are currently in need of a Guidance Counselor to be assigned at the Valenzuela Campus - 120 McArthur Highway, Marulas, Valenzuela City.
**BASIC FUNCTION**

The basic function of this position is to implement the programs and activities of the Guidance Office consistent with the University's vision and mission.
**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Behavioral Science.
- With Master's Degree/units in Guidance and Counseling.
- Registered Guidance Counselor is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Verbal ability is necessary to understand appropriate terminologies and how it applies top guidance and counseling work; to communicate with students, staff, parents, administrators and other people; and to prepare meaningful reports and evaluations.
- Clerical perception is necessary to keep accurate and relevant records.
- Familiarity with different psychological tests, processes and procedures for handling investigations are important as applied to students' cases and concerns.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
