Job DescriptionGuidance counselors' duties are focused on the overall delivery of the total guidance program through counseling students, planning and providing responsive services. The purpose of the responsive services component is to work with students whose personal circumstances, concerns, or problems are threatening to interfere with or are interfering with their healthy academic, career, and personal/social development.
