Guest Services Employee Type Probationary Job Responsibilities Handle in-bound and outbound via various communication channels including social media Perform reservations for hotel room, restaurant, transportation and other 3 rd party services, perform up-sell and cross-sell whenever opportunity arises. Executes data entry, order processing, report generation, escalation, billing and processes Develops a rapport with external and internal customers of NUSTAR to establish customer loyalty Excellent knowledge of property products, reservation system and customer service Ensure resolution of all reservation issues and consistent provide feedback to Hotel Operations on-behalf of casino patrons and Casino Marketing team. Work closely to operations team to implement and maintain a proper and smooth day by day operations. Remains up-to-date with all promotions in and around the property. Generate reports for specific business units' reference. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management. Qualifications Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course. A minimum of 1-2 years related work experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Wide knowledge on computer applications. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills Positive attitude and work ethics Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
