GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management ore equivalent

Preferably with working experience as Front Office Associate or Guest Relation Officer

Willingness to extend duty hours if needed
- Can multi-task and can work with less supervision

Knowledgeable with Property Management System (Opera or Fiesta)

Must have strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Sales Minded is a plus

Minimum height requirement 5'3 for Female and 5'5 for Male
