The Guest Experience Manager leads the delivery throughout the dealership and is the constant inspiration and central point of focus across the dealership for consistently and enthusiastically treating all customers as special guests at all times, in all ways.

Job Qualifications:
-Preferably a graduate of 4-year course in Communications Arts or Marketing
-Atleast 3 to 5 years of work experience in Customer Service Industry
-Customer handling skills
-Excellent skills in oral communication
-Familiarity with Ford products & services is a plus
