Acquire BPO is currently looking for a GTM FP&A Manager to support us, RingCentral:
The GTM Finance team leads financial planning & analysis at the company.
We strive to be agents of change and strategic thought partners to the business.
We are integrated with teams across go-to-market and work closely with them to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive data-driven results to maximize RingCentral's long term shareholder value.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
**Responsibilities**:
- Partners with Marketing, operations, Accounting and Corporate team on program spend, headcount solves, variance analysis, budgeting, modeling and forecasting.- Establish proactive processes and reports for tracking and providing visibility on KPIs and efficiency metrics.- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and metrics.
Essentials:
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in corporate planning/financial planning and analysis role- Has a strong background in Capacity Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting- Expert at using Excel to manipulate extensive worksheets- Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications:- Highly analytical, detail
- oriented, dynamic and has strong communication and presentation skills- Demonstrates strong work ethics- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status- Amenable to work 12 am to 9 am MNL or 2 am to 11 am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday
