Your Role To support the AU National Key Accounts team in generating reports and analytical expertise to ensure shipments are visible to customers on time and error-free. Manage the day to day activity which includes engaging with customers (internal and external) and suppliers of an order management, chase and/or escalate order exceptions, arranging necessary system access, data maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist in the
requirements in the customer on-boarding and maintenance process. Your Responsibilities Report set up and generation for operations, customers and suppliers Manage all communication with internal and external customers/suppliers Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve discrepancies, and/or escalate as required Verify and update all order lines to ensure accurate data is provided to Customer/Supplier Portal Overview team tasks are delivered on daily basis Assist in Customer and/or Supplier on-boarding and system support Data quality checks to maintain high level of data accuracy Understands any new tasks that are migrated and ensures instructions are understood by the operational team. Your Skills and Experiences Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business studies/administration/management, Engineering, Accounting/Finance or Economics Has PSF & Invoicing Knowledge MS Office: Intermediate to Expert Level Knowledge on Reporting Tools (Business Objects, Tableau, etc.) and Project Management Solid knowledge of international geography Has good communication skills Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized Good Reasons to Join We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in developing customer solutions, who are action orientated and resourceful to join our dynamic warehousing and transportation environments.
