Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that will drive growth and brand awareness. Collaborate with other teams, including sales and client services, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals. Drive the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, and whitepapers, that will engage and educate our target audience. Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor selection, and logistics. Continuously research and evaluate new marketing tools and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and improve performance. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers in the marketing and advertising industry. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing and advertising, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of marketing and advertising metrics and analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience leading and managing teams. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
