Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Optimize acquisition channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
Analyze the customer journey and user experience to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
Develop marketing strategies to promote new features and enhancements.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Creativity and a willingness to explore innovative marketing strategies.

This position will be working with India's leading bus transport technology company.
Be willing to travel locally to grow business.
Possesses a valid Professional Driver's License and own car
Working Set-up: Onsite
