Adhere to working instructions as specified internally from engineers, project manager and supervisors.
Follow all Health & Safety requirements.
Provide paperwork, namely, drillers logs, equipment inspection sheets, timesheets on a weekly basis for approval.
Maintenance of drilling equipment, small plant and tools.
Operate the Grout plant to produce grout when required.
Ensure cleanliness of the equipment and that no grout can set.
Ensure no water gets to the Tunnel when washing.
Check cement and additives storage for quantity.
Control the pumps when grouting, make sure that instruction on the data logger is working and that data is recorded.
Maintain and clean the grout injection system
Troubleshoot any issues with any components of the grout system
Verify accuracy of flow, pressure and weight meters
Mix grout to correct ratios and specifications
Avoid and rectify any blockages of the grout system
Communicate with supervision, TBM operator, TBM grout operator and pipe extension crew
Manage consumable volumes to ensure no down time but also avoid wastage
Diligent quality control testing of grout
Avoid, minimize and stop all leaks
May assist other craft workers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience using Grouting equipment or similar
Experience working in a live construction environment
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Previous related experience in the construction field is a plus.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory and Order processing systems; uses job specific computer system for ticketing and two way radio for communications.
