**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Group Training and Development Officer is responsible for ably assisting the Group Training and Development Manager in ensuring that the training and development needs of the organization are met from training needs analysis/assessment (TNA), conceptualization, design, planning, organizing, and conduct and evaluation of training and development programs.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Liaises with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
- Administers detailed training needs analysis/assessments regularly to identify training needs.
- Gathers and evaluates information from employees and management on previous training to identify strengths and weaknesses that need training and development.
- Creates training schedules for all training programs; creates and tracks reports on outcomes of all training.
- Markets Company training programs to employees and provides information on their benefits.
- Attends to pre-registration/enrollment requirements of training programs.
- Coordinates and marshals resources for external training as necessary.
- Ensures all logístical requirements for training are in order (e.g., venue, training materials, multimedia systems, food, transport, etc.).
- Recommends training materials and methods.
- Maintains in-house training equipment and facilities.
- Maintains employee training records for ready reference.
- Attends seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to coordinate and prepare for future training sessions.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
