Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre) The position is responsible for providing support to group and employee marketing sales-related activities and administrative functions. This role acts as coordinator with the various departments who directly/indirectly impact the activities of the Group Life and Employee Marketing team, and carry out other tasks associated with the department's objectives and revenue targets.

Graduate of Business Management or any related course Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre) Computer literate. Good interpersonal skills; good communication skills; team player; high tolerance for stress; flexible; attentive to details. Good attendance and punctuality record. Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre) Handles franchise checking for group life and retirement Prepares group life & retirement introduction letters on group business and employee marketing leads Answers simple inquiries within first contact resolution; moderate within 2 days and escalates complex cases Handles logistical support relative to sales functions/activities and meeting with agents including appointment setting, travel arrangements and the likes.
Prepares transmittal for brochure distribution in different Sun Life branches.
Handles supplies inventory
