Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre) The position is responsible for providing support to group and employee marketing sales-related activities and administrative functions. This role acts as coordinator with the various departments who directly/indirectly impact the activities of the Group Life and Employee Marketing team, and carry out other tasks associated with the department's objectives and revenue targets.

Good interpersonal skills; good communication skills; team player; high tolerance for stress; flexible; attentive to details. Good attendance and punctuality record. Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre) Handles franchise checking for group life and retirement Prepares group life & retirement introduction letters on group business and employee marketing leads Answers simple inquiries within first contact resolution; moderate within 2 days and escalates complex cases Handles logistical support relative to sales functions/activities and meeting with agents including appointment setting, travel arrangements and the likes.
Prepares transmittal for brochure distribution in different Sun Life branches.
