Must be a Graduate of BS Accounting from reputable schoolsCertified Public Accountant (CPA)Master's Degree in Business Administration will be advantageousMinimum of 20 years in Financial and Operational AuditAt least 10 years in a managerial position, gained from Manufacturing Companies with multi-plant set-upMust have knowledge of Internal Audit Procedures & Best Practices, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, and Risk ManagementProven Leadership Ability in leading an Audit Team and in executing successful auditsMust be highly computer literateMust be Analytical, highly organized, and detail-orientedWith Hands-On Management Style in leading his Audit TeamWith good communication skills, both oral and writtenMust have good interpersonal skills to be able to relate well with all levels in the organization
