Group Internal Audit ManagerJob SummaryThe Group Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the Group's internalaudit functions to include Development & Implementation of the Annual Audit Programfor Financial & Operations Audit for the Group and making comprehensive AuditReports and Recommendations for the improvement of the organization's internalcontrol and overall operations.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and implementation of the Annual Audit Plan (Financial & Operations) forall the companies of the Group.Analysis of Audit findings and recommendation of action plans for better internalcontrols.Monitoring the implementation of Corrective Action Plans by the Functional Heads asapproved by EXCOM.Control of Internal Audit expenses within approved budget limits.Conduct of Special Audits in areas of potential risk or suspected fraudulent activities asdetermined by Management.Supervision of the job performance of his people, ensuring that they are competent intheir jobs.Qualifications:Minimum of 20 years in Financial and Operational Audit, at least ten (10) years of whichmust be in a managerial position, gained from Manufacturing Companies with multi-plant set-up.Must have knowledge of Internal Audit Procedures & Best Practices, Internal Controls,Risk Management, Fraud Prevention and Risk ManagementMust be a Graduate of BS Accounting from reputable schools and a CPA. Master'sDegree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.Proven Leadership Ability in leading an Audit Team and in executing successful audits.Must be highly computer literate.Must be Analytical, highly organized and detail oriented.With Hands-On Management Style in leading his Audit Team.With good communication skills, both oral and written.Must have good interpersonal skills to be able to relate well with all levels in theorganization.Willing to work onsite in Makati.WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY : 8:00AM - 6:00PM SATURDAY: 9:00AM - 12:00NN*P-8/16/24
