Has an LLB / Juris Doctor Degree from reputable universitiesMust be a member of the Philippine BarMust have at 20 years of experience in the practice of law with emphasis on Civil, Corporate, Tax and Labor cases gained from a reputable law firm or corporationMust be a senior partner or head of the Legal Department or corporationWith experience in actual litigation of casesMust have established good contacts and relations with LGUs, NLRC, and other judicial branchesMust be resourceful with good analytical abilityWith excellent oral and written communication skillsMust be able to relate well with all levels, both inside and outside the company
