Group Corporate Legal Head - Makati

SALARY RANGE: Negotiable
WORK LOCATION: Makati
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday | 9:00 AM - 12:00 NN
AGE LIMIT: 50 years of age and above are welcome to apply

- Has an LLB / Juris Doctor Degree from reputable universities
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar
- Must have at 20 years of experience in the practice of law with emphasis on Civil, Corporate, Tax and Labor cases gained from a reputable law firm or corporation
- Must be a senior partner or head of the Legal Department or corporation
- With experience in actual litigation of cases
- Must have established good contacts and relations with LGUs, NLRC, and other judicial branches
- Must be resourceful with good analytical ability
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to relate well with all levels, both inside and outside the company
