Group Corporate Legal Head

Job Qualifications:
Has an LLB/Juris Doctor degree from reputable universities
Must be a member of the Philippine Bar
Must have at least twenty (20) years of experience in the practice of law with emphasis on Civil,
Corporate, Tax and Labor cases gained from a reputable law firm or corporation.
Must be a senior partner or head of the Legal Department or corporation.
With experience in actual litigation of cases
Must have established good contacts and relations with LGUs, NLRC, and other judicial branches.
Must be resourceful with good analytical ability
With excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to relate well with all levels, both inside and outside the company.
Must be willing to work in our Makati office, full-time.
