Group Corporate Legal Head

Job Qualifications:
-Has an LLB/Juris Doctor degree from reputable universities.
-Must be a member of the Philippine Bar
-Must have at least twenty (20) years of experience in the practice of law with emphasis on Civil,
Corporate, Tax and Labor cases gained from a reputable law firm or corporation.
-Must be a senior partner or head of the Legal Department or corporation.
-With experience in actual litigation of cases
-Must have established good contacts and relations with LGUs, NLRC, and other judicial branches.
-Must be resourceful with good analytical ability
-With excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Must be able to relate well with all levels, both inside and outside the company.
-Must be willing to work in our Makati office, full-time.
