Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar roleKnowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI designAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyA strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design skills, and a clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition)Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectivelyStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsA passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn and growFamiliarity with motion graphics or animation software is a PLUS @NAB**
