Duties and Responsibilites:
1. Develop innovative graphic designs for a variety of materials, including brochures, menus, promotional materials, social media content, and digital advertisements that align with our brand identity.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
3. Design graphics for both digital (websites, social media) and print media (flyers, posters, signage) that capture the essence of our hospitality offerings.
4. Participate in photoshoots and video production to create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns.
5. Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and competitor branding to ensure our designs remain relevant and engaging.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives.
7. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs while adhering to project timelines.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print media.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
5. Understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies, particularly in the hospitality sector.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
7. Experience in hospitality marketing or a similar field.
8. Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
