Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual communications.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts.
Graphic Design: Create visual elements such as livestreaming OBS background, TikTok poster, and payday stickers.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand identity across all projects and platforms.
Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain design standards.
Software Proficiency: Use graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
to create and edit designs.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and tools, and incorporate new techniques into design work.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software.
Knowledge of web design, HTML, CSS is a plus.
Creative Skills: Strong visual, typographic, and layout design skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and present designs to clients and team members.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
