Job Summary:
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop and design graphics, layouts, and visual elements for websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Create logos, branding materials, and other graphic assets that align with the company's brand identity.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
Work closely with the Creative Director to refine concepts and ensure designs align with the overall brand strategy.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas and concepts.
Content Adaptation:
Adapt existing designs for different formats and platforms, ensuring consistency across all media.
Modify and revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members.
Technical Skills:
Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and design output.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and error-free.
Conduct final checks on designs before printing or publishing to ensure accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work. Experience in digital and print design is a plus.
