JOB PURPOSE
As a Product Design Specialist (Graphics Designer) in the Client Delivery department, you will play a pivotal role in translating client needs and expectations into visually compelling and user-centric product designs. Your primary objective is to contribute to the delivery of exceptional client experiences by creating innovative and effective design solutions. Working collaboratively within the delivery division, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our clients receive top-tier design services.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand the client design requirements and preferences.
Act as a liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication of design objectives.
Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts that align with client expectations and projectgoals.
Present design proposals and rationale to clients for review and feedback.
Prioritize user experience in design solutions, ensuring that products are intuitive, accessible, and meetuser needs.
Conduct user research and incorporate insights into the design process.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to bringdesign concepts to fruition.
Ensure that design solutions align with project timelines and technical requirements.
Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence toclient specifications.
Address and rectify any design issues or discrepancies promptly.
Create comprehensive design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to guideimplementation.
Maintain organized records of design iterations and client feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Product Design Specialist (Graphics Design) or in a similar role.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful product design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva or Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and internal teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective client collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and contribute innovative design solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
