The Graphic Designer & Creative Solutions Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end creation, management, and execution of all graphic design projects, artwork, and templates. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills to ensure that all visual materials meet the brand's standards and effectively communicate the intended message.
The incumbent will work closely with the marketing team and will be responsible for managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, to deliver high-quality visual content across various platforms, while also managing design solutions and systems for efficient and effective end-to-end creative requirements delivery.
As the Graphic Designer & Creative Solutions Specialist, you will: Oversee Third Party Creative Agencies and Creative Systems which will help in developing creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to BTL Point of Sale Materials, Brand Packaging and Campaign Materials, Digital and e-commerce content, social media graphics, presentations, and web content.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet the company's visual identity standards.Manage the entire Creative Development lifecycle of artwork and templates, including project trafficking, creation, version control, and archiving.Review all design work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before final approval.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Present design concepts and receive feedback from stakeholders, iterating on designs as necessary.Communicate effectively with print vendors, web developers, and other external partners to ensure the accurate execution of designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.Actively provide recommendations for improving the design process, solutions, systems, tools, and workflows.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communication and/or Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts or Marketing.At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a Creative Agency, FMCG or large multinational company, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Knowledgeable and adept in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Execution Planning.Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion.Knowledge of printing processes and digital production is a plus.Results-oriented with a high level of competence.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
